A world filled with work, family responsibilities, stress, and constant noise.
And even though many of us know about mindfulness, meditation, and well-being tools…
Finding the moment, the courage, or the space to begin… is not always easy.

As there never seems to be the moment to initiate the shift, a stimulus is required to take the step, go deeper and open up to the opportunity to learn techniques that make real self-connection possible and sustainable… Not somewhere far away from life, but within life itself. Even in the middle of your daily world.

A retreat from daily fuzz allows full dedication, attention and listening to oneself. It is a moment to realign and reset on a deeper level. But, if you feel most at home in nature, it would truly be a pity to restore and refresh yourself only indoors!

Together with my close friend and nature guide, we created this nature week, inside and outside, in Andalusia, Southern Spain, where early spring greets the wooded meadows with Iberian pigs and cattle, the olive yards and mountains with sheep and shepherds, whilst the birds and amphibians have initiated the mating season.
